SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

"Mounted & Balanced Packages" Generally Leave Our Facility in Approximately 5-10 Business Days Due To High Volume. Business Days Are Monday Through Friday.

Mounting And Balancing Is a Free Option That We Give You & Due To A High Volume of Customers Selecting This Option It Takes Time. 

Orders Are Mounted & Balanced in The Order They Are Received by Order Date. 

If You Need Your Order Quicker, Please Contact Us & Have Us Ship It Unmounted. You Will Be Emailed as Soon as The Order Is Shipped.

Some Products Have to be Transferred, Which May Require Additional Time to Ship.

Unmounted Packages, Wheels, Or Tires, Generally Ship Within 1-5 Business Days.

If You Ordered Anything Else: Wheels, Tires, Lift Kits, etc. That Is Not Mounted & Balanced. They Normally Leave Us Within 1-5 Business Days.

Orders Are Shipped in The Order They Are Received; We Are Working as Fast as Possible to Get Everyone Their Orders! Mounting, Balancing & Packaging Takes Time. Thank You for Your Patience!

Your Mounted Wheel & Tire Package Will Ship Truck Freight with A Signature Required and Should Arrive Strapped and Shrink Wrapped as Seen Here in This Example to The Right.

*Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Perfection Wheels immediately, and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.

*By ordering products, you have authorized Perfection Wheels to charge your payment info entered for an amount equal to the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.

* Due to a very high volume of sales, our inventory changes by the minute. If we have inventory issues, we will notify you with a time frame to fill the order or other product options. We will text, call, or email you if we have any questions or concerns.

You Will Receive Another Email When Your Order Ships.
​If You Ordered Multiple Items, They May Ship in Separate Packages from Separate Locations.
 

SHIPMENTS

Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with the tracking information. We use multiple carriers to cover our shipping needs. Some items will ship ground, and others will be shipped via truck freight. All freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. A representative from the freight company will typically call and or email at least 24 hours in advance to set up a delivery appointment. All ground shipments will be sent 'No signature required' unless you paid for 'Signature required' at time of order). We will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing shipments if the shipping company shows the product has been delivered.

Refusal of any shipment other than being damaged will result in a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Not being available to receive and sign up for a scheduled freight delivery will result in fees associated with a re-delivery.

If you used certain financing or leasing to acquire your order, you cannot change the shipping address from what is on your finance or lease.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping only applies to a set of four or more wheels or tires. If you order a single wheel or tire, you will have to pay shipping charges to have the item shipped to your requested address. Free shipping does not apply to any other products except wheels and tires and only in sets of four or more.
